Anything Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms. Give accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use an account you control. Teen features are limited as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not misrepresent your age or evade access controls.

Learning and AI output

Anything teaches sourced facts and never gives personal advice. AI generates and grades educational content, which may contain errors, incomplete explanations or outdated information. Sources are shown where available so you can inspect them. Study and exam preparation, including medicine, law and professional licensure, are educational uses. Anything does not guarantee exam results, employment, accreditation, or mastery. Report questionable content using Report this; automated systems check, quarantine and regenerate content. No human review or emergency response is promised.

Acceptable use

Do not exploit minors, encourage self-harm, threaten or harass people, promote terrorism, acquire weapons unlawfully, steal credentials, deploy malware, infringe rights, impersonate others, or bypass safety, age, consent, billing, or rate controls. Authorized defensive-security labs and legitimate historical, scientific and professional study remain allowed. Do not submit secrets or other people's sensitive data. We may restrict access, remove harmful content, or suspend accounts for abuse, with support contact available for questions.

Imports and content rights

You retain rights you own in your notes, answers and imports. You grant Silfra Labs LLC a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce and transform that material as needed to provide learning, grading, storage and safety checks. Only import material you have permission to use. Private imports remain associated with your account; this license does not turn another person's copyrighted work into freely licensed content. Source websites and Wikimedia images retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. App software and branding remain ours or their licensors'.

Credentials

Anything credentials describe AI-graded learning evidence. Assessments are not proctored, do not verify identity and are not professional licenses or accredited qualifications. Credentials can be revoked or marked invalid after integrity checks, grading corrections or abuse. A holder-entered name is not identity verification. Public verification links reveal the displayed credential information to anyone with the link. Do not present a credential as an official exam pass or a guarantee of skill.

A guest pass is a limited, nontransferable promotional benefit subject to eligibility, duration, abuse controls and displayed daily limits. It requires no payment card and returns to free access when it ends unless you separately purchase a subscription. It is not cash, a prize or a sweepstakes. Sending a pass earns no reward from a recipient's later activity. Learn with me shares the stated progress with the directly invited buddy; use block and report controls when needed.

Store purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play and their applicable terms. Prices, billing periods and any introductory offer appear from the store before purchase. A trial exists only when the store offers one to you. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account; cancelling normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Follow the displayed cancellation deadline, including any 24-hour requirement for a trial, to avoid renewal charges. Deleting Anything or your account does not cancel a store subscription. Use Manage subscription or your store settings. Refund requests follow the store's process and applicable law. We may change future prices with required notice and store controls.

Availability, ending service and liability

We may change or discontinue features, subject to paid-service commitments and applicable law. You can stop using the service and delete your account. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that AI content is error-free or the service is uninterrupted. Silfra Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid us for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim. These limits do not exclude liabilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited, or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence where prohibited.

Governing law and changes

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], United States, without its conflict-of-law rules. [STATE] and the appropriate dispute forum require Jonathan's review before approval. No arbitration agreement is added in this draft.
